Itinerary

Morning is free at leisure until transfer to the airport for flight to Dalat. On arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. After a briefing on the biking guidance & bike selection, enjoy the beautiful scenery and cool fresh air of Dalat. Take a ride down and up hills to visit the Lat Village where we can organize necessary permits with the local authorities to have a talk with the locals focused on the history of the Lat people, about Dalat and the area around Lang Biang Mountain. Evening – drive back to the hotel. Dinner is at Café de la Poste restaurant, in the Sofitel Dalat Palace Hotel.
Overnight in Dalat (D)
The cool morning starts with a ride alongside the Xuan Huong Lake, before riding up and down towards the Linh Son pagoda where you can see the amazingly large bronze bell. Continue the ride to Don Duong pass for lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, shuttle back to the hotel for those who would like to play golf, or alternatively, make a right turn and continue to ride on flat road to Finnom T-junction before heading back to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free at leisure. Dinner is at Rabelais restaurant
Overnight in Dalat (B, L, D)
Leave Dalat for Nha Trang with the first bumpy stretch by shuttle and bike before climbing Ngoan Muc Pass for photo snaps. After descending the slope, shuttle and bike along beautifully paved roads for the entire distance of 60 km to Phan Rang. Lunch is at a local restaurant. Afternoon, shuttle to Nha Trang stopping en route at the most beautiful Cham Tower built in the 13th century. On arrival in Nha Trang, check in to hotel. Dinner is at Nha Trang Sailing club restaurant
Overnight in Nha Trang (B, L, D)
After buffet breakfast at the hotel, shuttle out of the town to the Old Citadel of Diem Khanh circa 18th century and start riding along the country road passing the rice paddies, rice paper-making homes. After 35 km, we stop at the church for a break and enjoy our packed lunch before continuing on the quiet road until we reach National Highway 1. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner is at your hotel
Overnight in Nha Trang (B, L, D)
Morning, transfer to the airport for flight to Danang. On arrival, group is met and transferred to hotel, stopping en route to visit the Cham Museum. Then, enjoy biking the 30 km distance to Hoi An through country villages. On arrival, walking tour through the Hoi An old quarter to visit former merchants’ houses, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful scenery of shop fronts. Lunch is at the Brother’s café restaurant. Free time to order tailor-made clothes, or to return to Danang to relax. Dinner free
Overnight in Danang (B, L)
Morning shuttle along highway 1 until the T-intersection leading to My Son. Get off the bus and start biking along the quiet countryside roads to the site of the most important Cham intellectual and religious centre, dating back as far as the late 4th century. My Son has only 20 monuments standing today and is considered the Champa counterpart to the grand cities of South-East Asia’s other Indian-influenced civilizations. Take bus and bike in the quiet stretches. Picnic lunch at My Son. Back to Danang by shuttle or ride another loop for 30 km before going back to the hotel. Dinner is at hotel
